Using this site
URL Extractor is provided free, as-is, for anyone to use. No account is required and no payment is taken.
The fetching tools act on your instruction
When you use the website, sitemap or image-URL tools, you are asking us to request a specific address. We carry that out on your behalf. That makes a few things your responsibility:
- Only request addresses you are permitted to request.
- Do not use these tools against systems you do not own or have permission to access.
- Do not use them to work around access controls, rate limits or paywalls.
We apply our own limits on top of yours: requests are paced, identified with a URLExtractorBot/1.0 user agent, capped in size and duration, and — by default — checked against the target site's robots.txt. Requests to private, internal and loopback addresses are refused outright.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to:
- Overload, disrupt or degrade any third-party service.
- Collect personal data for spam, harassment or any unlawful purpose.
- Get around another site's terms of service.
- Attack this site, including attempts to reach internal networks through the fetching tools, to exhaust resources, or to gain access to the administration panel.
We may block access that causes problems for us or for other people.
No warranty
The tools are provided without warranty. Extraction tells you that an address appears in a source. It does not tell you that the address works, that it is safe, that it points where the surrounding text claims, or that the content behind it is accurate. Check before you click — this is covered further in the disclaimer.
Availability is not guaranteed. Limits, defaults and features can change.
Your content
You keep every right in the content you put into these tools. We claim nothing over it, and for the browser-based tools we never receive it in the first place.
Our content
The guides, tool copy, interface and branding on this site are ours. You are welcome to quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link. Republishing pages wholesale is not permitted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site — including decisions made from extracted results. These are utilities; verify anything that matters.
